policies

cancellations

we provide all guests with a courtesy confirmation two days prior to your service, as well as a reminder the day before your service.  in return, we request a minimum of 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. this can help us accommodate other guests who may be on our wait list. if a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation, guests may be charged 100% of the service fee


reservations

a credit card number is required to reserve any appointment.  if you fail to cancel/reschedule your appointment(s) 48 hours in advance, guests may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. "no shows" will be charged 100% of their scheduled service.


wedding/spa parties/extended reservations

wedding/spa parties must pay a 50% deposit in order to reserve group appointment times, as well as a valid credit card on file. your deposit will be deducted from your total the day of, with remainder of payment due upon completion of services. adjustments to party reservations must be made three (3) business days in advance. On-site services may be available to parties of 4+ and are subject to a travel fee. Contact our salon coordinator for more information.  20% gratuity may be added to all parties of 4+ or salon/spa appointments booked above 2 hours. 

            

returns

any purchased retail items found the be defective or unsatisfactory may be eligible for exchange within 7 days from date of purchase with a receipt.


consultations

a complimentary consultation is required for first time guests prior to booking any chemical service. this allows us to ensure guest satisfaction, and to provide a customized experience. a $20 payment will be collected at the time of the finalized consultation, and will be applied to the future appointment. any consultation that is canceled or "no showed" will be considered as a cancelation for the future service if it has been scheduled. 


adjustments

if you are not completely satisfied with the result of your hair service, you may request an adjustment of the same service, with the same service technician , at no additional cost within one (1) week of the original service date. guests who decline to return to the same technician for an adjustment may receive an adjustment from another technician within one (1) week of the initial service at no additional charge. however, these guests must complete a consultation with management, who will select another technician to complete the adjustment based on the individual situation.


gift cards/gift certificates

The Springs Salon and Spa will honor any gift card/certificate purchased at The Springs (online or in person) that displays a “dollar amount” in the “amount” portion of said gift card/certificate, for said dollar amount. The Springs does not honor any gift card/certificate that specifies a particular service, without first being cleared by management. If you happen to have a gift card/certificate that claims to be valued at a particular service, please contact us before booking. Gift cards/certificates may only be used after ten (10) days from original purchase, unless exceptions are made by management. Gift cards/certificates may not be redeemed for cash, and no cash change may be given for remaining balances. Gratuity may be added to a service with a valid gift card/certificate, if there is a remaining balance after service/purchase. Gift cards/certificates may also be used to purchase products/retail. 


The Springs Salon and Spa does not currently accept “Aveda+ Rewards Salon/Spa Certificates” or AVEDA gift cards. If a reservation is made and this form of payment is attempted, it will be rejected and full payment will be expected at time of service.
